    Hi,

    I just upgraded to News Vibrant Pro. First I installed the plugin alongside the original version, but my child theme “Gaming Mag” didn’t recognize that I had the premium version. So then, I replaced the original version with the pro version, but if I do that it gets stuck in the loading page with the black square spinning around.

    What is the right way of upgrading? I saw in your documentation there’s a “CodeVibrant Theme Updater” somewhere but I haven’t been able to find it.

    Thank you

    Hello there

    For disabling the preloader please go to customizer >> website settings

    uncheck “Option for Preloaders.”

    The preloader will be hidden from the website. If this doesn’t fix your problem then please add the following code in additional CSS box:

    #preloader-background {
    	display: none;
    }

    Thanks 🙂
