Is there any way to show the full text of the post? I already have it set it set up that way in general settings, but this seems to have over-ridden that option. Thanks.

Hello there,

About this, you must change the theme’s code.

Replace the the_excerpt() function by the_content() in these files.
layouts/archive/classic.php and grid.php
