When you say easily create homepage sections… it’s not entirely true. I thought you meant a fully customizing block kind of layout… but I can’t insert a newsletter form to the homepage that looks nice…
Wish I could change the widgets name as well so It’s more a in consonance of what each section holds…Please find the link:

You can search for plugin functionality for customizing the newsletter design. Our theme has various section layout that will shown up properly. For third party plugin and external plugin, you need to contact plugin author for design help or also contact us for customization according to your needs.
