I registrered some new users (as Authors) and after login I get a white page. The old Superadmin works OK and I can “go around” the problem by adding a page to the URL ?

First things first. “Authors don´t have access to backend” Well, that´s not what my ticket was about. I wrote that when you login as an author the index page gets white.
Login details: My fault I wrote wrong PWD. Should be UID serious and PWD Sserious327 to login as Author.
About screenshot, are you absolutely sure you want a screenshot of a white screen????

Two things: First; I gave you login details to admin which means you could have setup an Author user easily yourself and try serious and Sserious327 again pls. Btw the pic you attaches has zero information
