Yes you need to renew your license every year if you have purchased the annual plan. Recently we have introduce the lifetime plan as well so that you don’t need to renew yearly for the license and update. Please check the pricing detail in following link:

First of all, please go to https://codevibrant.com/checkout/purchase-history page and download the latest theme zip file. After that upload the downloaded zip in Appearance > Themes of your WordPress Dashboard page. This helps you to update the theme with the latest version. After this, you can get the page where the license key can use.
We have upgraded our system for a better license so that you need to update the theme manually to get a new license field.

This message you are receiving this error because you have not activate the woocommerce plugin on your website.So make sure activating woocommerce and all recommended plugin so that all content will be imported.
