I had little to no problems customizing my webstie when I first purchased my theme; however, now that I am trying to update my images and update my site http://www.ribbonspolish.com I am unable to customize the site through my host (woocommerce).
Strange thing is if I change the theme, I am able to see widgets, etc.

How do I update to verson 1.0.3 without paying the cost of the theme again. Shouldn’t the site update be provided? I haven’t had the theme for 1 year.
Which browser are you using? The problem still exists I am unable to select Customize and I have view editing access.
Could you please just upgrade me or send me a coupon so that I can select a new theme? When I select other themes the customize ability returns.
I really need to update my site this weekend.
I am completely at a lost. I now have lost all of my edits and cannot get into customizer to update anything.
