Hi,
Theme installed without problems but when I try to install CV Demo Importer Plugin from the Welcome -> Import Demo tab, then “Install and Active” button, after a few seconds it drops back to “Install and Activate” with no error messages. I’ve let it sit for an hour just in case, no sign of the plugin.
I also can not find the plugin look the standard way it does not appear to be listed.
Is there a way to download it?

What login details are you referencing? I’ve paid for the pro version under this account. Are you suggesting my WordPress account?
I could set you up an account as an administrator on the site, the CV Gmail account?
I use MFA on that site and have some customer only data there.
Is it easier for me to close this account and get a refund?
