There are already featured to display posts on grid view like Related Posts section under single post page.

But if you want the same section under page then you meet your requirement via customization.

Are you want to display category post on the page or want to show archive page as grid view?
News Vibrant Pro theme has 4 different layouts for archive page. Look this one is first. After that, if you want to gird view 4×4 or 3×3 then this one also meet via customization.

You don’t need to add two widgets for featured slider.You will find slider categories option and featured categories option in the same CV: featured slider widget
