I am being denied download permissions due to my license key. Will I need a new license every year? Error on WooCommerce Dashboard “Download permission for Easy Mart Pro has been revoked possibly due to a license key or subscription expiring. You can reactivate or purchase a license key from your account dashboard.”

I am completely at a lost. I now have lost all of my edits and cannot get into customizer to update anything.

Could you please just upgrade me or send me a coupon so that I can select a new theme? When I select other themes the customize ability returns.

I really need to update my site this weekend.

Which browser are you using? The problem still exists I am unable to select Customize and I have view editing access.

How do I update to verson 1.0.3 without paying the cost of the theme again. Shouldn’t the site update be provided? I haven’t had the theme for 1 year.
